We wish to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate, and in the process help those beyond our organisation. We look to do this by actively engaging with our communities and through charitable giving.
Community engagement
We encourage employee involvement in fundraising and volunteering for our existing key charity partners, such as the Mental Health Foundation, Tax Help for Older People and TeamPolice.
We are also committed to supporting other charities and local groups in the communities where we operate.
Charitable giving
To demonstrate our commitment to supporting charities, we have a Matched Fundraising Policy. As well as matching funds raised for our recognised charity partners, XPS will match funds raised by XPS colleagues for any registered charity.
Recent fundraising activities our people have taken part in include a Steps Challenge in aid of the Mental Health Foundation, a quiz for Mind Out, the mental health charity for the LGBTQ+ community, and a fundraiser in aid of Freedom from Torture and Rainbow Migration.
We are constantly impressed by the fundraising exploits and creativity of our colleagues. We will always support their efforts to help our communities and those within them, just as we will always look forward to hearing the future fundraising plans of our passionate employees.
XPS supports and sponsors The Association of Member Nominated Trustees (AMNT). The AMNT is a not-for-profit organisation that supports member-nominated trustees, member-nominated directors and employee representatives of UK based pension schemes in the private and public sector.
