Association of Member Nominated Trustees

XPS sponsors the Association of Member Nominated Trustees (AMNT), a not-for-profit organisation supporting member-nominated trustees, member-nominated directors and employee representatives of UK based pension schemes. The AMNT helps to support and build a community for the benefit of trustee boards and their schemes. XPS provides reports, briefings and access to training.

Business in the Community

XPS is a corporate member and supporter of Business in the Community (BITC), the oldest and largest business-led membership organisation dedicated to responsible business. Business in the Community seeks to inspire, engage and challenge businesses and mobilise collective strength as a force for good in society to create a skilled, inclusive workforce, build thriving communities to live and work in and to help innovate to repair and sustain the planet.

Charity Finance Group

XPS is a corporate member and supporter of the Charity Finance Group (CFG), an organisation that plays a vital role in shaping policy, influencing and , helping to build a better operating environment for all charities. The CFG is a leading voice for charities on key finance issues. XPS contributes to CFG events and helps keep its members informed on charity pensions matters.

Mental Health Foundation

Since 2019, XPS has partnered with the Mental Health Foundation as part of a Wellbeing Programme that focuses on the mental health as well as physical health of colleagues to help ensure they stay well and feel supported. Through this partnership, the Mental Health Foundation  provides the necessary education, training and tools required to offer support to staff and work towards reducing the stigma and discrimination around mental health in the workplace.  For more information see here.


XPS is a partner to Stonewall and a diversity champion. Stonewall believes in the power of creating workplaces that are truly inclusive and where all LGBT employees are accepted without exception. They understand that staff should be able to bring their whole self to work and that inclusion drives better individual, business and organisational outcomes.  

Tax Help for Older People

Since 2018, XPS has partnered with Tax  Help for Older People, a not-for-profit organisation, assisting individuals aged over 55  in understanding and assessing their tax obligations in taking benefits as well as assisting in completing HMRC tax returns. For more information see here.

In December 2019 XPS Pensions Group (XPS) become a signatory to the Valuable 500, a global movement putting disability inclusion on the business leadership agenda and ensuring there is a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed. For more information see here.

Diversity project

XPS are proud to be members of the Diversity Project – a cross-company initiative championing a more inclusive culture within the Savings and Investment profession. Business Disability Forum

XPS is a member of the Business Disability Forum which helps its members to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to workplaces by changing attitudes, behaviours and cultures to enable those with disabilities to have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and contribute to an organisation’s success.
