Pension scheme administration has become more and more complex and is increasingly driven by legislation and regulation which can create significant challenges for those managing the schemes. We understand also that all schemes are different and that every member is different.
Whether it is ensuring that the right member receives the right benefit at the right time, or helping protect members and their pension benefits from scams, our highly trained specialist teams are able and equipped to deal with the wide range of queries a member may have.

Our proactive approach
Our member-centric approach also stands out as we assign a dedicated team to each scheme. So, rather than having to deal with different people who deal with different areas, clients and members have direct access to the same team whenever they have a query which is skilled in dealing with every aspect of pension administration.
Not only does this make life easier for the members, it also enables our people to develop a range of skillsets, expertise and experience. As they do, we’ll support and invest in their development every step of the way – we’ll pay for exams, provide study time and arrange mentoring.
If there is anything we don’t do, we’ll look for a solution, provide a roadmap outlining when we expect to deliver and then get to work. For example, this is exactly how we developed our pension scam initiative in 2015, as we saw concerning growth in scam activity.
With one in eight transfers resulting in a pension scam, and before it became a regulatory requirement, we set up a dedicated team to look for the tell-tale signs of scams when members are transferring out of schemes and, if necessary, alert the trustees. To date, our team has helped over 300 schemes and over 6,800 cases.
We specialise in both public and private pension administration, and we’re happy to look after schemes of all sizes, from those that have 50 members to those with over 100,000 members.

Our focus on members and quality of service have regularly been recognised at the Professional Pensions UK Pensions Awards.
