Graduates and apprenticeships

Exciting graduate and apprenticeship programmes

We are committed to improving diversity in our recruitment and to developing relationships in the local communities in which we work. Typically, our business has attracted graduates with an interest in business or maths. With our apprentice plan, we also attract candidates who are aged 16 plus from a variety of different backgrounds.

So what is it that attracts potential staff?

Well, we service clients and members by performing a range of administration tasks including calculations, reports, speaking to members directly, project work, presenting to clients and much more.

Guidance and mentors

As an Investors in People company, we support both professional and personal development training.

For administration staff, we provide guidance and mentors for the Certificate in Pensions Administration through our industry professional body the Pensions Management Institute.

Training and development

We also provide lots of other training and development to support you through your career with us.

This ranges from technical training to help you understand the new world that you are joining to general office training such as what to say on the telephone and pretty much everything else in between.

Award-winning organisation

We have over 840 administration staff who cover a whole range of services from accountancy to systems development. On top of that, we are an award-winning organisation having topped the polls of many industry awards.

If you have a genuine desire to help people as well as achieve your career aspirations than we are the company for you!
