Graduates and apprenticeships

Exciting graduate and apprenticeship programmes

We are committed to improving diversity in our recruitment and to developing relationships in the local communities in which we work. Typically, our business has attracted graduates with an interest in business or maths. With our apprentice plan, we also attract candidates who are aged 16 plus from a variety of different backgrounds.

So what is it that attracts potential staff?

Well, we service clients and members by performing a range of administration tasks including calculations, reports, speaking to members directly, project work, presenting to clients and much more.
