XPS's graduate and apprenticeship programmes range from pensions administration to investment to actuarial programmes, and offer exciting opportunities to build your career at XPS while gaining valuable knowledge and exposure to a wide range of work.
Pensions Administration services clients and members by performing a range of administration tasks including calculations, reports, speaking to members directly, project work, presenting to clients and much more.
For administration staff, we provide guidance and mentors for the Certificate in Pensions Administration through our industry professional body the Pensions Management Institute.
XPS's award-winning investment business is rapidly growing and committed to investing in our people. We provide independent advice to our clients which include defined benefit, defined contribution institutional pension schemes, charities, and endowments. Our independence is critical to being able to provide the best investment advice to our clients.
All members of the team undertake investment and manager research, so our research is focused on clients’ needs and has their best interest at heart.
Our mission is to help our clients manage the complex issues which impact their pension scheme in a pragmatic and understandable way. Communication is a key part of the work we do and, amongst other things, we advise Trustees and Corporate clients on a wide range of actuarial-related areas and help them to understand the risks within their pension schemes and how they can manage this.
Those in our Actuarial apprenticeship program will complete the actuarial (IFoA) exams with our support along the way - we’ll equip you with study materials, time to study and an attractive salary and benefits package.

Training and Development
As an Investors in People company, we support both professional and personal development training. This ranges from technical training to help you understand the new world that you are joining to general office training, IT training, management training, and pretty much everything else in between.
