New regulations to help combat pension scams: actions trustees can take

New legislation was published earlier this month implementing new rules that will impact DB and DC transfers and will have major implications for UK pension schemes.
It is critical that trustees take steps to implement these regulations, most importantly to protect their members from pension scams but also to protect the pension scheme in the event of any future member claims. Immediate action is needed.
