140,000 SEI Master Trust members successfully transferred to XPS Group

XPS Group, a leading FTSE 250 pensions and insurance consulting and administration business, has today announced the successful transition of approximately 140,000 SEI Master Trust members to XPS as of 1 July 2025. Through Aurora, XPS’s proprietary administration system, XPS now provides full administration services for the SEI Master Trust, which was one of the UK’s first commercial master trust providers and includes approximately 207,000 members.

This milestone represents the latest update in the ongoing partnership between XPS and SEI, with both parties committed to supporting the SEI Master Trust's future growth and development. 

The transition, completed on schedule and in under six months, involved the migration of members to Aurora, alongside the launch of a new website for existing and transitioning members. Throughout XPS ensured strong performance deliverables were maintained for the ~70,000 members already using the Aurora platform. By leveraging existing operational delivery teams and resources, and recruiting and training new colleagues, XPS continued to meet its service level commitments with members experiencing little to no impact.

This comes as XPS Group have also introduced a new solution to support auto-enrolment services, which will be offered to the wider client base and market.
