We believe implementation is a really important component of the success of a pension scheme investment strategy.

Investment consultants have historically been poor at helping clients implement decisions effectively and quickly. We recognise that it requires a different skillset compared to an analytical/creative consulting mind-set.

Therefore we have established a dedicated transitions team. They work with the asset managers and investment consultants to control costs and manage risks associated with asset transitions.

When our clients make a decision to move assets, the transitions team will own this process and ensure this is achieved quickly and efficiently. They follow a robust transition process to ensure that every transition is executed in a cost effective and timely manner, risks such as out-of-market risks are minimised where possible and the administration burden on trustees is reduced thus reducing overall operational risk.
