TPR warns “Your pensions dashboards deadline is coming”

The Pension Schemes Act 2021 introduced the legal framework for pensions dashboards, making it mandatory for schemes to connect so that savers can see their pension information online. Draft regulations, including proposed staging deadlines, were consulted on earlier in 2022 and are expected to become law later this year. The Pensions Regulator has recently published initial guidance for trustees to help with connection preparations, including a checklist of actions.
