Pension Administration Apprenticeships

As a Pensions Administrator at XPS, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients and members navigate their pension journey—whether it’s through performing calculations, preparing reports, presenting to clients or speaking directly with members.

Our Administrator Apprenticeship is built on learning by doing, designed to help you build both confidence and capability, with hands-on experience and structured development. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and guided through the Certificate in Pensions Administration, accredited by the Pensions Management Institute.

Investment Graduate & Apprenticeship Programmes

We provide independent advice to a diverse range of clients, including pension schemes, charities and endowments, ensuring their needs always come first.

You'll be part of a team where everyone plays a role in investment and manager research, keeping our insights client-focused and grounded in what matters most: delivering the best possible outcomes.

Actuarial Graduate & Apprenticeship Programmes

We work closely with trustees and corporate clients, using clear communication andexpert advice to help them understand the risks in their pension schemes and how to manage them effectively.

In our Actuarial apprenticeship programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards your professional exams with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. We’ll support you every step of the way—with study materials, dedicated study time and a competitive salary and benefits package to help you succeed.

Trustee Governance Graduate Programme

Our Trustee Governance Services team works at the heart of the pensions industry, partnering with experts to deliver smart, strategic solutions for clients with hands-on, client-facing approach.

Graduates joining this team can work towards the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision, supported by a dedicated mentor, study time, and a competitive salary and benefits package.
