Charity Investment News - Bonds and property dampen capital returns over the quarter

Charity investment portfolios will have welcomed a positive return from equities however this will have been dampened from negative capital returns from other asset classes such as property and bonds, although income levels will have been largely maintained. Inflation rates continue to be stubborn with central banks indicating rates will be ‘higher for longer’.
