Climate change is a critical issue to XPS Pensions Group, our clients, employees and throughout our value chain and the people we work with. In recognition of this we have published details of our expertise, commitment and our competencies in respect of climate change across our advisory services (investment, pensions actuarial and covenant) against the Investment Consultants Sustainability Working Group (ICSWG) climate change competency framework.
