It is a people-centric business, evidenced by its ‘Investors in People’ accreditation and the range of networks and support groups it has established.

The John Lewis Partnership (JLP) is the UK’s largest employee-owned business and parent company of the John Lewis and Waitrose retail brands, which are owned in Trust by over 74,000 Partners. The Scheme covers nearly one hundred and sixty-five thousand members.

David Watkins, Managing Director of XPS Administration, said: “We are thrilled to be appointed by the Trustee of the John Lewis Partnership Pensions Trust to deliver a first-class service to their membership. We look forward to creating a long lasting and collaborative partnership, to provide the best possible experience for the membership and are excited about delivering the shared vision we have for the future administration of the Scheme.”
