XPS Group publishes 2025 UK Stewardship Code Submission

XPS Group has published its Policy and Context Disclosure Report and Activities and Outcomes Report, in compliance with the 2026 UK Stewardship Code.
The Policy and Context Disclosure Report sets out the policies, processes and governance that support stewardship across XPS Investment. The Activities and Outcomes Report outlines how XPS Group applied the Code’s Principles during the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Key highlights from 2025:
- 170 funds rated on ESG, with feedback provided to all managers
- 6% of assets under advice in funds with a sustainable objective
- Six thought leadership pieces on ESG matters
- Net zero strategy verified by SBTi
