XPS Pensions Group named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023

16 May 2023

XPS Pensions Group has been named as one of the Best Places to Work 2023 by The Sunday Times. The pensions consultancy was named among the best ‘big’ companies to work for in the annual list published by the newspaper on Sunday.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a nationwide survey which celebrates Britain’s top employers. As well as monitoring employee engagement and wellbeing, the survey also tracks the best places to work for women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities and younger and older workers.

XPS Pensions Group has a number of initiatives in place to ensure the wellbeing of its workforce. The company’s working model, ‘My XPS, My Choice’, empowers employees to choose between fully-remote, hybrid, or in-office working and is one of the most flexible working arrangements in its industry.

The company invests in its people, with over 76,000 hours of training delivered across 2022. And it also recognises their contribution to the company’s positive working culture, with its annual ‘Values in Practice’ awards seeing employees nominate their colleagues that have gone the extra mile to support each other, with success stories celebrated publicly.

Paul Cuff, Co-CEO of XPS Pensions Group, said: “We are delighted to feature in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023. It is a terrific accolade to get this national recognition for our firm. Our people are our greatest asset and ensuring they enjoy working for XPS and they can thrive here is our number one priority.”

Rachel Gillion, Head of People at XPS Pensions Group, said: “At XPS our culture is unique, we truly value our people and empower them to be their best. Our Inclusion & Diversity strategy is well established so that colleagues can bring their true selves to work and feel they belong. Featuring in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 demonstrates our commitment to putting our people first.”
